Spencer Shafran
Spencer Shafran’s tenacity and ambition propelled him into multiple leadership positions throughout his career. He’s led acquisition and disposition efforts for over $1 billion of assets under development and management, completed OPA, ZBA & SPA applications, and sourced and negotiated over $175 million in financing facilities for land acquisitions, construction projects and stabilized assets. In addition to project experience, Spencer has been a primary manager for five separate funds, raising over $65 million in equity, and led development consultant teams and construction projects through to completion and occupancy.
